Review. Back to the Future: Back in Time / Dice Through Time
Hello, McFly, Anybody Home?
“Back to the Future” almost became a completely different movie, because at first it was filmed with Eric Stoltz. He was a good actor but not a comedian. In the end, the director managed to get his dream candidate: Michael J. Fox. The movie turned him from a TV star into a film star. What does that have to do with the game? Nothing. But maybe the question will pop up on “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?” You’re welcome!

Two things stand in our way on the love mission. Firstly, time. Just like in the movie, we have to have the DeLorean re- paired and ready for use at the town hall square. Because at the end of the game, lightning strikes the clock tower and only with this energy boost can we travel back to the future. (Hey, that’s the name of the movie! Crazy.) Secondly, there’s Biff, the head bully who makes life hell for Marty’s teenage father and wants to get his hands on young Mommy McFly. This must of course be prevented at all costs.
Naturally, such a cooperative game forces you to do all sorts of unpleas- ant things, such as revealing a move- ment card at the start of a turn. This moves Marty’s parents, but unfor- tunately, often Biff as well, who stalks

road and, with the help of a now young Doc Brown and other friends, get his par- ents to fall in love. If that doesn’t hap- pen, he’ll never be born and the universe will go down the drain, or something like that.
Just like in the movie “Back to the Fu- ture”, there is a photo in the game of the same name that fades more and more as the game progresses. The three
McFly siblings on it gradual- ly disappear the more un- successful we are at making Marty’s parents fall in love.
