The lower the double was, the more favorable the result. As a consolation, you get a bonus token, three of which entitle you to a one-time for- ward move.
Whoever lands on a space with a booster token collects it and can use it later, for example, to modify a die result. Each time someone crosses the finish line, a card modifies positions in favor of those behind. The first racer to com- plete three laps is declared the winner. The dice mechanics feel like Can‘t Stop. You hope, you fear, you gamble and the

With Mystery Games, Ravensburger launches a new series by Inka and Markus Brand. In the first game, called Der ver- fluchte Geburtstag (”The Cursed Birth- day”), two to four certified ghost hunters, twelve years and up, are roaming Hamp- ton Mansion to banish ghosts from its walls in good time before a party. In this cooperative game, players agree on who will move where in the three-story build- ing and look into which room. There are clues in there, sometimes even keys. Only if the group finds all the keys within six rounds can they deduce the missing one, which can be used to come to grips with the master ghost. Otherwise, the building is quite heavily haunted and all players have to keep the panic level under con- trol. Alternatively, the group loses if the ghosts inflict too many wounds on them
