I Discover the possibilities As you develop the province on your board, you establish a road network there. It can have dead ends as long as all new
tiles are connected to the residence. The laying-out of the tiles needs to be well thought out so to prevent any wasted areas. There are also various bonuses in the form of money, dice, or fame on the edge of your province board, but you get them only after having built a road there.
Besides sending workers to the quarry and the market, you can also send them to the harbor in order to sail a boat up the Ganges. Or you send them to the palace
with its chambers and terraces taking up about a third of the large game board. The principle is always the same: Some- times you need money, other times you need dice to be able to use the space on which you put your worker. Sometimes both – or neither – of the two.
There are numerous possibilities, but to begin with you have only three workers that you can place. You can activate additional ones if you sail up
